Project overview
What We Built
This project is a 12,600 sq ft ground-up construction project. It started with planning, engineering, and permits. One challenge faced was the location, the construction site is in a floodplain, so a lot more engineering was involved for water runoff and storage. The construction consists of concrete slab, CMU block, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, TPO roofing, 30' roll-up doors, and landscaping.
- 12,600 sq ft ground-up build
- Floodplain water-runoff engineering
- Permitting, planning, and civil coordination
- Concrete slab and full CMU block envelope
- MEP rough-in: plumbing, HVAC, and electrical
- TPO roofing, 30' roll-up doors, and landscaping
